Elegant-style building, individual and lovely rooms with whirlpool bath, bedroom, for instance. Superb breakfast for vegetarians, welcome drinks. Perfect and brilliant location short walk to UK Ferry terminal, Dublin City airport, and the outskirts of East Belfast, could not be better.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly while being professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was spacious and light and was well equipped. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent. We did not have dinner at the hotel as we were visiting family during the day and evening but we had lunch in the bar and again were very satisfied with the food and the service. The whole experience was excellent value for money. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Park Avenue Hotel
